Jared Goralnck

Jared has spent 15 years building the products that organizations use to find, develop, and grow their people. He was Head of Product at LinkedIn Recruiter and VP Product at Upwork, Go1, and Articulate. Before that, he founded SET Consulting, a technology training business, and AwayFind, a VC-backed startup.

The thread across all of it has been helping people be the best version of themselves at work, whether through developing themselves or finding better-fit opportunities. Along the way, he kept seeing the same thing: the people who need the most support and feedback often get the least. That's what led him to start Your360 AI, which uses voice AI to make coaching-grade 360 feedback accessible beyond the executive level.

AI has been central to his work for over a decade. At LinkedIn, he drove 25% growth through ML-powered matching in Recruiter. At Upwork, his teams reimagined search and recommendations to increase freelancer earnings by over 20%. At Go1 and Articulate, he led AI initiatives that transformed how organizations discover and create learning content.

Jared is also an entrepreneur in residence at Mainsail Partners, focused on building AI-native teams and products. He sits on the board of Older Adults Technology Services (part of AARP), advises several HR Tech startups, and is an investor in Calm Company Fund and Reforge (now Miro).
