Readiness Is Physical

Readiness isn’t a mindset

Samara Bay calls “being ready” a paradox, when you’re mind-ready, it can trigger perfectionism, and you’re not actually in a position to grow. Her reframe is simple and confronting: readiness is a body thing.

Because growth lives in the unknown, and your body needs a way to meet it, through a warm-up, a ritual, a little “pre-game” that gets you wiggly, present, and able to sense what’s aligned (and what isn’t).

Are you waiting to feel mentally ready… when your body is the thing that needs to go first?
