Fiona Roberts
Founder & CEO
Fiona has over 17 years of experience as a performance consultant and coach in leadership and talent development. Her role as a coach is to enable people to understand their purpose, what they want to achieve and how they are going to do this while bringing in the organizational context. This could be by having the courage to challenge their beliefs, supporting them to discover what their next steps will be or surfacing what truly motivates them. Alongside this is having an understanding of the influence the environment has on performance and working with leaders to create the right environment for their people.
The foundation for what Fiona does stems from her experiences of elite sport, coaching across various industries and sectors and what it takes to sustain high performance. She brings in a unique perspective from sport psychology that builds resilience within leaders to be able to thrive under pressure. Fiona has worked with emerging talent all the way through to Senior and Exec Leaders of global organizations. She has a real passion for people, development and performance.
Clients describe Fiona as having genuine care that allows her to build and develop strong relationships, open up honest conversations and provide feedback with the caveat of bringing it back to what is trying to be achieved.
