How Adversity can happen FOR you - Aaron Golub

Considered legally blind, Aaron attended Tulane university and was the first legally blind man to compete in D1 NCAA Football. His humble mindset, honest perspective, and assertive approach is what allowed him to compete with other players on the team and across the NCAA.

He took such traits into his career after graduation and he offers insight on what he has had to apply in order to compete and standout within his respective fields

  • The balance of knowing when to work hard and when to work smart
  • Leading others through examples and by pushing them to get better
  • Dedicating time privately to be open and vulnerable with yourself
