ED Dudley is a dedicated advocate for victims and survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, boasting over two decades of experience in financial services. His professional journey is deeply intertwined with his dedication to social justice,
leveraging his diverse skillset to support underserved populations effectively.

Together with his beautiful wife, ED co-founded Shining Light In Darkness, a nonprofit organization aimed at aiding victims of sexual assault and domestic violence who often go unnoticed or underserved. This initiative reflects his proactive
approach towards addressing pressing societal issues.

In his role as a board member for the past six years, and most recently as Interim Board Chair for United Against Slavery, ED has been instrumental in the organization's mission of identifying and documenting unresolved challenges faced by anti-trafficking stakeholders, both domestically and internationally. His
leadership has contributed significantly to advancing empirical research in this critical field.

Additionally, as the Board President of SwingPals, a Durham-based non-profit, ED plays a pivotal role in positively impacting the lives of underprivileged children facing social and economic adversities. Through SwingPals' mission, he actively works towards fostering happiness and well-being among these children, offering
them hope and support despite their challenging circumstances.
