Debra Bradley's background is deeply rooted in finance and entrepreneurship, stemming from her family's small business. This early exposure fueled her pursuit of a finance and international business degree, leading to a career in investment banking and corporate finance. She transitioned to operational and corporate finance roles, working as a CFO for a private equity-backed restaurant company and Kaiser Permanente, before becoming CFO of Driscoll's Global Research and Development. This experience solidified her expertise in working with technology transitions, scientists and translating complex scientific concepts into financial frameworks. Currently, she operates as a fractional CFO, advising companies on financial strategy, IP valuation, and fundraising. Her passion lies in helping companies navigate the complexities of finance and new technology, particularly in high-growth, innovative sectors.
