I’ve been listening to the GrowthReady Podcast for a while now and this episode with Lane Kawaoka and his book The Wealth Elevator really hit home. The host Steve Mellor keeps it grounded – I love how he asks about the readiness behind growth, not just the outcome, and how this episode carried that style while also weaving in the guest’s story. The conversational tone made the complex world of accredited investing feel approachable (even though I’m just starting) and I particularly appreciated the segments where Lane talked about mindset structure. My only minor complaint is I wish the episode had gone a little longer into the analytics side of funds, but overall it’s a solid listen for anyone serious about building wealth with intention.
